"I’ve always gotten great, personalized service. They answer their phones if you need to talk. Very responsive to emails. They’re great about checking in around policy renewal times to see if you can save money. The app is easy to use. I’ve never had a negative experience with them. I was with Progressive before and it was more expensive. It was also a hassle trying to actually reach live people to handle things. Jordan Radel makes it super easy to do business with them. Friendly and efficient."
